  • Connect Your YouTube Channel: Securely link your channel to access playlists, videos, and comments.
  • Content Creation Assistance: Work with our team to create professional videos tailored to your specifications using reliable data sources and APIs.
  • Effortless Publishing: Once your videos are ready, they are published directly to your YouTube account. You’ll receive notifications to review and fine-tune the settings as needed.
  • Engage with Comments: Manage and reply to YouTube comments seamlessly from within the app.

Our goal is to streamline your content creation and publishing workflow, empowering you to focus on building and engaging your audience.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use Pachetes, you must:

  • Have a Registered account with accurate, complete, and current information.
  • Connect your YouTube account through secure authentication.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes.
  • Violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
  • Upload or share content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the App.
  • Publish, distribute, or promote spam, including but not limited to repetitive content, unsolicited advertisements, or misleading engagement tactics.
  • Create, upload, or distribute misinformation, disinformation, or any content that is intentionally false, deceptive, or designed to mislead viewers.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

5. Content Creation and Publishing

You are responsible for providing accurate specifications for the content you request. Pachetes is not liable for inaccuracies in the published content resulting from incomplete or incorrect user-provided information.

Once videos are created, they will be published to your connected YouTube account. You will be notified and can make final adjustments to the video settings within YouTube.

By using Pachetes, you grant us permission to access your YouTube account to:

  • Retrieve playlists and videos.
  • Publish videos on your behalf.
  • Upload or share content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
  • Retrieve and manage comments for replies.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its components, including but not limited to software, design, and branding, are the intellectual property of pachetes.com.

You retain all rights to the content you create and upload through Pachetes. By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and publish your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that we determine to be harmful to the App or other users.

Pachetes is provided “as-is” and “as-available.” We make no guarantees regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, pachetes.com and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
